Well known fly
dressers and game fishers are invited to attend our
branch meetings to give talks, instruction and help
with a variety of fishing
topics. The branch
programme also includes fishing outings throughout the
year along with the occasional friendly fishing competition with other guild
branches.
Fly dressing
evening classes for both beginner and the more
experienced are held during the autumn and early winter.
Surrey Branch particularly welcomes anyone interested in an
introduction to this fascinating hobby. Come along even if you
have no tools or materials, you will find both provided.

Membership of the
Surrey Branch of the Flydressers Guild is £15 per annum. Special
subscription rates are available for the over 65s, disabled and
junior applicants as well as for family membership such as
husband/wife.
In addition, membership of the main Flydressers
Guild is an extra £15 per annum including "The Flydresser" - a
free quarterly magazine. Details can be found on the main
Flydressers Guild web site: www.the-fdg.org
To join Surrey Branch
simply come along to one of our meetings and introduce yourself
(the first visit is totally free and without obligation).
Alternatively contact the secretary either by phone or email. There
are no entry qualifications - you don't have to be an expert fly-tier. An interest in fly-fishing and fly-tying is all that is
required.
